CUSI YUPANKI, the ninth of the Emperors who came presiding over five hundred years ago the vast TAWANTINSUYO INKA (the region extended from Colombia to Argentina) already had changed his name by the one of PACHAKUTEK, "He who transforms the Hearth”, for when the Spaniards arrived to PERU. He changed his empire and was the mythical human being who incarnated the power of the eight PACHAKUTI.

He knew that he would be the bridge that would initiate the transition towards the eighth Pachakuti, a new cycle of five hundred years that would represent on one hand the declivity and annihilation of his civilization, and by another one the reinforcement of the Spanish colonization in America.

From the same birth of this empire that would absorb, unify and elevate the level of all those cultures that had come developing in the zone until that moment, already became total aware of that destiny, cruel, but necessary.

MANKO KAPACK, the First INKA, arose mysteriously from waters of the TITIKAKA Lake, and went with his delegation towards QOSQO (Cusco) to meet the monumental city which would be the capital of his Empire, and already was knowing that five hundred years later, at the end of the cycle of expansion and consolidation, all that magnificent and extraordinary unfolding would be sacrificed, to resurge again to the thousand years of its foundation, when our calendar marked the year 1992 D.C., starting the ninth Pachakuti.

In presence of the imperial ruins, last bastion of the “Children of the Sun”, who remain still on like not so dumb witnesses, can not only be known but also to feel and to vibrate with the energy of the message that they bequeathed to us.

And although to make the sacrificed passage through the "Inka Road" is inescapable sooner or later if one wish to reach certain degree of illumination in direct form, also the possibility exists of helping ourself with an approximate method like which I am displaying.

The ANDEAN TAROT is the Tarot deck that contains all the elements of the cosmic vision and indoctrinates of the sacred towns of the Andes, so that the contemporary initiates can read in their symbols the formulas that will allow to open the passage to the new PACHACUTI, the resurgence of the Andean Man, the return of the INKA…

Its author is Ernesto Montes Aliaga and has been published by Editorial Intiyalamuy accompanied by a condensed version of the original book that will be published nextly.

ANDEAN TAROT - DECK REVIEW

The deck presents the classic structure composed by the group of the Mayor Arcana - that this time assumes the form of the main personages of the Inka political and religious tradition - and the the Minor Arcana - that combines cabalistic designs with elements of the own andean culture.

All the cards have an arab number to indicate the order in which the author has wished to display them, in addition to the corresponding hebrew letter and the usual astrological attributions. The denominations in

english, german and spanish complete the picture, in addition to the Qechua, the native language of the reference zone, that with its mystery and mysticism adds not only a great pedagogical value, but also an esoteric and magical one.

The corresponding symbols of the common french deck and elementary alchemy attributions are included too.

Everything in a totally colorful format completed by a golden background and a frame with the four basic totem animals, according with the high level of each one of this true art works with which the author has illustrated each archetype.

It is also possible to emphasize that unlike most of decks that usually come with a common design to the back of each card, this one delight us with another painting that also includes elements of the andean cosmogony, specially in the typical design of the cross called "Chakana", another detail with which Montes has chosen to increase his magnificent work.

In the same way of using the proper elements of his culture the author seems not to have forgotten almost any element that represents it. It is so that the Cortesan Cards seem to have represented in the landscapes that serve them as frame each one of the four "Suyos" or regions in which the “Tawantinsuyo” was divided.

In addition to the gods, more important phenomena and personages, the subject of the animals has not been ignored neither, that in this deck are not longer horses but the typical Llamas, as well as the “Cuy" or “Cui” (Guinea pig), in replacement of dogs or cats - as can be well appreciated in the card of "The Fool" - animal not only considered like company pet, but also required like one of the main food delights of the zone.
But as well as these very real and natural animals, there are also many mythical ones, like the great serpent "Amaru", or the bird "Korekenco" that was guide, advisor and messenger of "Viracocha".

For each one of the suits have been used not only different classes of these animals, but also very many objects related with the activities that were propers to the castes represented in the suits. For that reason appear elements utilized in the domestic tasks, those used for the hunting and yet some for the war, also from religious ceremonies, beside those of administration and legislation, propers of the highest levels of the nobility. Some examples are the heads with star form of the maces used as defensive and attack weapons - that are enclosed to the cabalistic scheme of spheres in the suit of Pentacles -, the ceremonial coca leaves of the Wands, canes with Condor heads of the Swords and the Ceremonial Chalices of the Cups.

In the same way the classic european medieval figures that generally compose the group of Cortesan Cards have been replaced by the figures of the “Chasqui” that were the messengers that crossed the “Inka Way” taking the “Kipus” (messages based in cords) to traverse all the extension of the empire, the “Sinchi” that belonged to the class of the defending soldiers, and the “Jatu-Kamayocs”, members of the aristocratic class whose responsibility was each “Suyo” or region, the first stage, after the imperial cusqueña nobility, that headed a great one and diversified administrative hierarchy.

The Inka was the civilization more evolutioned of Peru?

No, but it was the last of the more advanced ones, since it inherited the right to apply the sacred knowledge of the antiflood civilizations, like those of the Lemuria and the Atlantis.

They were the unique ones in the world with that right?

No, also it was authorized to other descending civilizations of these empires, like those of Egypt and Mexico.

The Inkas were born in Peru or came from another place?

They came from the South part of the Pacific, across of the continent of the Mu, with the mission to save the survivors of their town and to recover the Solar Disc. They were transformed into the emperors of the New Earth to which they denominated Tawantinsuyo, amalgamating, unifying and producing well-being and prosperity for all the other civilizations of the South American continent.

So why they ere called “Inkas”(Inti-Sun/Khana-Light), meaning “Children of the Sun”?

Because they were the deposit takers of the wisdom and Solar Disc of Gold of the Mu (a gigantic nuclear psycho-tronic machine) and the Maxn Flame (a center of the “primary luminance force”) until the moment at which the Spaniards arrived, when these elements returned to their defense underground, in the legendary Paititi, the called “lost city of the Inkas” although in fact this one exists from long time before the Inkas arrived at Peru, when it was founded by the “Gods Merú” (Aramu Muru and Arama Mara, two wise persons delegated by the Great White Brotherhood of the 7 Rays, such that had lived the Earth at the same time of the “Titanes” or “Greatest Ones”, billion years back).

But what are the “Solar Disc” and the “Maxn Flame”?

Two instruments of extraterrestrial origins that jealously had been kept in the temples of the civilization of the Mu, until this continent sank in waters of the Pacific Ocean. The flame returned to ignite in the Andes, after to have extinguished in its previous deposit, because of the very low vibrations of the Lemurians, the same ones that caused the great cataclysms of which the famous “Universal Deluge” is only one part.

And what is "Paititi"?

The last bastion of the Inka Empire, to where they returned and it was protected all their knowledge, waiting for the new Pachacuti. Also well-known like Monastery of the Brotherhood of 7 Rays or Temple of the Illumination of the White Brotherhood.

Then they were not the founders of Qosqo either (= Navel, “the navel of the world”)?

No, although it was thence that they formed its Empire. The true founders of Qosqo were such that they founded Tiahuanaco on Bolivia, that originally was a harbor city, until with the cataclysms that caused the sprouting of the Andes was transformed into refuge of several towns of the altiplano. When the Inka delegation arrived at Lago Titikaka (also formed by the ascent of the mountainous chain) was lead towards the sacred city, because this one, like its Bolivian pair, already existed from millenia before its arrival.

So why Machu-Pichu is conserved unlike other cities monuments so well?

At the “Crystal City” (called thus by the amount of quartz that integrates the rocks with which it was constructed, of a highest vibration and magnetism able to heal diseases to the visitors just by mere approach) the Spaniards conquerors did not arrive since the clairvoyants of this old university city knew of their next arrival and they left it so that it served as testimony for the future generations. Wilkabamba, the city constructed to take refuge to kilometers towards the north, it was discovered and destroyed almost completely.

What proofs exist of the validity of these theories?

The discoveries that the archaeologists have made (like the recorded stones of Ica, on which they are chiselled the continents to the drift, genetic mutations of animals today disappeared and men who lived in immemorial times, constellations, aeronautical ships, surgical operations, etc.) and which are continue making, although continues existing a great resistance to accept them like true proofs.

They were the ones who have stolen the gold of all the cities they called “El Dorado”, even when used to construct catholich beatiful convents like the one of San Francisco, above the ruins of the Qoriqancha, the Temple of the Sun, that one time ago had all its walls covered of pure Gold.

Were the Inkas zooteists, animal worshippers such as the snake, puma and the condor?

No. Like in Egypt and other cultures existed several levels of education of the magical knowledge. In the lowest level the "Amautas" (priests) used metaphoric explanations to suggest transcendental truths. That’s also why all that amazing cities were constructed with the shapes of the sacred animals. Qosqo has the shape of a puma, Machu Pichu of a condor, Pisaq of a bobwhite , etc.
They considered that they had surpassed the stage of the “snake man” that crawls after his more rudimentary necessities, that had reached the level of “puma man” and that had to work to transform themselves into “condor man”, the stage spiritually more evolved of the three. The Spaniards destroyed most of the monuments that represented those forces leaving only those showed serpents, animals that in the catholic faith are associated with the devil, question to have more proofs to be able to accuse these priests to practice the called “Satanism”.

They made human sacrifices?

NEVER. Think: What is the reason the Inkas built so many solar observatories but with the intentions of to studying the movements of the Sun, to know the variations of the climate and other terrestrial phenomena?
Although this was practiced by previous civilizations, by religious reasons and to survival when the waters covered most of the continent, it was not made by the Inkas because their technology allowed them to predict the natural arrival of rains and other phenomena with no need to make sure that the Gods caused them on the basis of the sacrifice of human lives.

So why the approach to this side of the planet is fundamental for the New Age?

Because it is from South America, the feminine Earth pole, with Titikaka lake by center, that where the universal energy is coming, as formerly it were at the east, with the Himalayas as main center of the masculine planetary Pole (notice that the Aconcagua and the Everest are practically to the same distance of the line of Ecuador, being the places of greater magnetic concentration of the Earth). It is the one who directs his attention towards the Andes that will receive in these new times the greater rank of spiritual evolution, as it were before in the Tibet.

Maybe you think that the Egyptian civilization, the Inka and the Aztec don't have anything in common.

But it is already hour to the light up the now hermetic truth, in spite of so many proofs, that millennia before our own civilization, very little evolved in comparison, existed a series of civilizations divided among the West Empire (that embraced 3 continents whose capital Ath Mer was in the central region of the lands of Aztlan, in the then Atlantic Continent, the “First Homeland”, “Aha –Men - Ptah”, cradle of the stock of the Aha, reborned later on Egypt), and the East Empire (first aeronautical civilization, reborned in the Valley of the Indo) that were having been destroyed for twelve thousand years by a series of catastrophes like the famous Universal Flood, caused by the coincidence of several factors, among them the crash of a planetoid on the face of the Earth that changed its structure totally, sinking continents and rising other ones, at the same time that forcing to the migration from its residents to other parts of the globe.

This is the true root of, for example, the majestic civilizations of the Indigenous America that left proofs so incredible as the mysterious drawings of Nazca that are not nothing else neither anything less than a visual version of how they understood the genesis of the creation, much clearer that the current one, in the one that was already clearly grateful until the own molecule of DNA as you can see in the drawings, besides managing much better than us the nuclear physics and the magnetism, without the necessity of so much polluting industry.

However having survived that enormous test of the nature didn't save them, millennia later, of the sanguinary European colonization, other horrible holocaust.

If you don't believe me just observe and you will see that although they vary the styles and designs a little, all those cultures left exactly the same symbols of the sacrosanct build planning Aha: pyramids, shafts, temples, palaces, columns and arches, each one with a very precise religious meaning. Casualty?

Why is it that in the entire world mummies have been found in the same fetal position but it is because in all these cultures they had the same conception that death meant a new birth?

What is hidden under the dark and deep waters of the Titikaka?

The history is not lineal. Darwin made a mistake when thinking that in those remote time savages' tribes only travelled the globe. It is as thinking that because in this time where still exist at the same time towns that live in the total prehistory, a parallel civilization as ours it cannot exist in a bigger evolution degree.

The symbol of the Brotherhood of the 7 Rays, or Brotherhood of the Lighting, with subterranean headquarters in the Valle de la Luna Azul (Valley of the Blue Moon), in the northern part of the Titikaka, where still is in custody the Solar Disk of Gold of the Meru Gods and the Mxn flame.
The arch also represents the spiritual and natural cycles, that in every existence they have their beginning, height and transformation.
